What will happen if an item in my order is found to be Out of Stock?

If an item is found to be out of stock at the time of processing your order, our customer service department will contact you immediately to notify you of the issue.

  • You will be offered some solutions to resolve the issue and we will be on standby as we await confirmation on your preferred option. 

Please note that if we do not receive a response from you to our initial email notification to you regarding an out of stock issue with the order, the item or order may be subject to being canceled and refunded
