I can't place an order! What happened?

If your order is not going through, you may be experiencing issues due to one or more of the following reasons:

Shipping Location / Item Restrictions

If you are purchasing vape products, our shipping network may not cover your area or your City/State may have laws preventing the purchase of certain items. To check if your location falls within our service coverage you can use our tool here (DO WE SHIP TO YOU?)

In the event that your shopping cart contains items that are restricted to your location, you will encounter an error message during the checkout process indicating the restriction.

 

Declined Transactions

If you are encountering a transaction declined message, it is likely that either the payment details were incorrect, or your card issuer is declining the purchase. Please verify that all payment details are correct. We also recommend reaching out to your card issuer directly for further insight if the payment is being declined.

 

Payment Profile Issue

If you are seeing an error message mentioning your payment profiles, please reach out to our support team for further assistance. This error often occurs after multiple purchases have been made as our merchant system will automatically generate a payment profile for each unique transaction attempt. "Place Order" Button is Inactive/Greyed Out

If the "Place Order button is inactive and unclickable, this will typically indicate that some information is missing. Please be sure to verify that a shipping option is selected and that all payment information is filled our correctly.
