My order was shipped to the wrong address, what happened?

All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please be sure that all information is correct prior to finalizing checkout. You may also check your order confirmation email to verify that the delivery address is correct. If you notice any discrepancies, please reach out to our team as soon as possible so that we may attempt to intercept it prior to processing.


No changes can be made to shipping addresses once the order has begun processing or has already been shipped. We will be unable to intercept packages once they are already in transit.


In the event that the delivery is ultimately unsuccessful, your package may be automatically returned to our facility. A representative will contact you with a refund confirmation once your package has been received at our facility and processed for return. More information in regard to our policy on returned packages can be found here.


Element Vape will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect/invalid address.
