What is the process if my product is found to be defective?

If you receive a defective product from our website, please notify us within our 30-day limited after-sales warranty period.

Please be sure to include the following in your email request to us:

  1. Your valid order number in regards to the product you purchased. 
  2. A video clearly depicting the defective issue.
  3. A detailed description of the issue you are facing with the product

Please note that all minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear, which are not covered by our warranty.
