Is my order delayed due to COVID-19? (Updated 10/15)

10/15/2020 Update: At the moment, we have increased our capacity and currently processing all orders in 24-72 business hours (excludes weekends), with most order shipping out to carriers in less than 24 hours.

Unfortunately, we are still seeing minors delays in tracking updates from USPS, especially in regards to scanning of packages. Please rest assured that all orders that receive a shipping confirmation email will be sent out unless you are notified otherwise by email. We are working with USPS regularly to ensure accurate and up to date information on packages. 


During this time, orders may experience delays due to a negative impact from COVID-19. Rest assured, we are working our hardest to continue operations and ship out all orders within a reasonable time frame.

In regards to order shipments, please refer to the following:
  • Order processing times as as follows:

    - USPS Priority (standard shipping) 2-5 business days in transit (3-6 business days during COVID-19)

    - USPS First Class Mail (“snail mail”) 4-8 business days in transit (4-10 business days during COVID-19)

  • Shipping confirmation emails are sent prior to being shipped as this indicates that the package has reached the next stage in the fulfillment process in preparation for shipment.
  • If you do not see a tracking update immediately, please do not be alarmed as the package will be shipped out as soon as possible. 
  • Be sure to regularly check your tracking link as an update will appear as soon as the package has been shipped.
  • If you have not received your shipping email after considerable time since you've placed your order, the email may be in your spam folder.
