Why is my International Package delayed at Customs?

We kindly ask that you review your country's regulations in regards to vape/nicotine products being shipped to your location, as not all countries allow vape products to be received. 

Please attempt to contact your local customs department to verify the status of your package, as we have no control over their operations. 

For any reasons that the package incurred any additional shipping costs, such as rejected by customs, wrong address delivery, or sent back to the sender from the customer, the additional cost is subject to deduction from the original payment.
