My device will not turn on, what should I do?

Below are a few examples of why your device may not be turning on:

  • Make sure the device is on by pressing the fire button 5x in quick succession.
  • Ensure the device is fully charged. Also, attempt to use a different pair of batteries (if applicable).
  • Verify the batteries have been inserted in the correct orientation to correlate with the positive (+) and negative (-) connections. 
  • Upgrade the firmware (if available). 
  • If your device has an internal battery, try using an alternative USB cable and/or USB wall charger adapter. 
  • Allow the device to charge for about 2 hours before use.
