In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and laws, all vape mail orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. If your package requires this service, a mandatory fee of $7 will be included during checkout.
An adult (21 years of age or older) is required to provide a valid government-issued ID to the delivery employee and sign for the package. For some carriers, the Adult Signature protocol may require scanning your ID to verify your age in their system.
For customers that may be unavailable during normal delivery hours, we recommend shipping to their place of business instead

- We are unable to ship packages with Adult Signature service to P.O. Boxes.

If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, it is likely that the carrier will reattempt delivery at a later date. In the event that delivery ultimately fails, packages will be automatically returned to our facility. Should this occur, a representative will contact you with a refund confirmation once your package has been received and processed for return.
