Why is my shipment delayed?

Shipping Update 12/15/2020: All shipping carriers such as USPS and FedEx are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19 nationwide. We greatly appreciate your patience as unforeseen delays may occur during the busy holiday season due to operational challenges from shipping carriers. Please note that your packages are not lost as all parties involved are making their best attempt to deliver your order as soon as possible. Element Vape will continue to make strides shipping out orders to carriers in less than 24 business hours, as we have been for the last few months.

12/17/2020 From CBS News: Holiday Shipping Gridlock Delaying 6 Million Packages a Day

Please accept our sincere apologies for any delays you've experienced with the delivery of your package. According to recent news, USPS has made internal changes to its procedures that have negatively impacted delivery times.

Please note: it is common for USPS to miss a scan whilst in transit. Nevertheless, most orders typically arrives to the final destination within 3-5 business days from the time it is dispatched out of our facility. However, it can take up to 10 business days in some rare instances.

We have noticed that USPS has not been actively scanning packages more frequently, which results in the tracking information's inability to accurately reflect the current status/location of shipments.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over USPS operations. Please be aware that although we are doing our best to ship out all packages within our 24-72 hour processing time window, USPS has not been actively scanning packages to indicate that they have indeed been sent in transit.

Due to the rising issues with the postal service in terms of the causes of delays mentioned previously, we will be proactive in exploring alternative shipping methods if these issues continue.

Again, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you have faced due to the issues present with your delayed package. We kindly ask that you allow up to 14 days for the order to arrive to your destination from the time Tracking Info is received. If you do not receive your package by then, please be sure to contact us so that we may further assist you in resolving this matter.
